Buon giorno, vorrei dirvi che voglio annullare i biglietti al seguente numero di prenotazione : 353 782 429 a causa di un imprevisto arrivato subito dopo aver comprato i voli.
Di conseguenza vorrei avere il risarcimento della somma spesa. Ricordo che nella vostra pratica privacy c’è scritto che il cliente ha il diritto di annullare i biglietti fino a 48 ore prima del volo. Io l’avevo annullato subito alle 16.44 del giorno 8/03/2023 per poi ricevere alle 17.04 del giorno 8/03/2023 una mail con la conferma dell’itinerario. Aspetto un vostro risarcimento altrimenti mi rivolgerò ad un legale. Nel frattempo vi riempirò di recensioni negative! TRUFFATORI!
