I wrote an email to company customer service for having more information regardi g Prime membership, since they charged the fee 54Eur from my credit card.I wanted to knoe if is it pissible to delete my membership and to refung my money.What did they make?They deleted my membership but the fee was not refunded.I wrote them many many email, I tried to contact them for activated once again my membership if the fee is not refundable,but no answer!!This is their attitude to the client who flies twice month. Never again, therefore I will pay more money for the ticket but never and never again with Edreams!!!
