Information about iPhone 14 instalment plan
My husband went to get some informations about iphone 14 instalment plan but without our consent the representative in the store FEDERICA changed our energy provider from GESAM to ACEA and tried to SCAM us. But when we confronted her about it she denied and acted in a way that I have never seen a customer service person act.
She violated my personal details by using it on a service that we did not ask for. She forged my husband’s signature. She used my personal details without my presence and my consent. Once we confronted she screamed on us in filth.
The other representatives at the store ISSABELLA ... ALEXANDER( I’m not sure ab the name) knowing their colleague made a grave mistake they did not help us in anyway rather that making this is our mistake and scolding us in filthy words.
They do this kind of scams to almost all the foreigners who comes to their store for a totally different reason.
Please people be careful of this kind of scammers. They will do anything for that petty commission. They are inhumane when it comes to their mistake.
