Agency who sell airlines services illegal
I've purchased a flight ticket from this "agency" Volagratis, everything was ok untill the time to travel. I've bought a Ryanair flight and i tried to make my online check in for free on airline site but suprise, it gave me message "booking not found". So i tried to get in touch with Volagratis, but the only way was on that chat that they have. Someone Sano or something like that was his/her name, answered me and gave me a email adress that was not mine, they used a fake email adress to issue my ticket. I said ok, let's try. So during the chat i've tried to access my booking with that email adress and surprise it worked, but when i tried to make the check in another surprise. Ryanair gave me the message that my ticket was bought thru an agency that is selling theyre services illegal, without theyre permission so i won't be able to make the online check in for free. I need to travel and i paid for the check in 110 EUR, aprox the same amount as the ticket. I made a claim at Ryanair and received theyre answer as follow " unfortunatelly you purchased the ticket thru an travel agency that doesn't have permission to sell Ryanair services, but they are using some kind of robots that are scraping Ryanair site and that is the way they (Volagratis) are illegally selling Ryainair services".
I've contacted an lawyer and will take action on them by law, so NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN buy something from Volagratis. If i can give 0 stars i would
