Alla fine ho ricevuto i rimborsi, ma che stress. L'ho visto su Instagram perché un'amica lo consigliava, ho aspettato quasi venti giorni, assistenza inesistente.

L'ho visto su Instagram perché un amico me l'ha segnalato; ad aprile ho ordinato una sigaretta usa e getta dalla Cina. È arrivata veloce ma non funzionava. Ho chiesto rimborso tre volte, mandato foto, il call center non risponde. Strano, il packaging sembrava di qualità.

avevo fretta, dovevo un giubbotto caldo per il trasloco e la schiena che fa le bizze, e ho finito per ordinare da Topcloting11 nonostante i dubbi sul prezzo alto. All'arrivo era una maglietta scadente, roba da 3 euro, e sono scoppiato — ho segnalato tutto a DHgate e avevo mail e screenshot pronti. All'inizio sembrava la solita truffa, dovevo anche pagare per rispedire; poi però dopo insistenze mi hanno rimborsato una parte e la questione si è smussata. Non è perfetto, ma ormai sono più tranquillo. Consiglio solo di controllare bene venditore e conservare prove, visto quanto successo.

Ho fatto un acchisto di scarpe su DHgate, ma mi hanno inviato una taglia più grande. Il venditore si rifiuta di rimborsarmi e non so cosa fare con le scarpe.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe su DHgate e, nonostante siano arrivate in tempo, sono state consegnate in una taglia più grande rispetto a quella selezionata. Il venditore non ha mostrato disponibilità a effettuare il cambio o il rimborso, il che è stato un po' deludente, ma nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva.

Non comprate su dhgate sito truffa tutti i link che mandano non si aprono pagina controversi non si apre

orologio non funzionante ,mi sembra una frode ,senza rispetto per gli acquirenti,rivoglio i miei 75,58 spesi malissimo,non riesco ad avere assistenza ,il venditore dopo solo 3 mesi o meglio 2 calcolando l'arrivo,il venditore non vole risolvere il mio problema,vuole l'orologio a spese mie per ripararlo. Non mi fido ,invio l'orologio e se non arriva ? Vorrei una pronta risoluzione al problema ,servizio clienti non presente , in mancanza di collaborazione dovrò denunciare alle autorità

My refund from dhgate.
Am not very Happy the way customer service react on my item i buy from seller D668, First of all i cuoldn't open a dispute with this seller because they block their e-mail and i told customer service about this see my discussed with customer service.

I thounght this order was biger and wider than this but is too small for my purpose, so i will like to return It back and ask for my Money back, tell me how, and what to do. thank. and this Is what i was told

I did all this buy i cuoldn't open dispute with the seller so i was told by customer service to writer the seller and make a greedment of refund, in whice i did, see the message.
Please i don't want to be rud, am sick and tied of this thing, why are you people making impossibile to ask for a rifound? I did what you told me and this Is what i got

Please communicate with the seller and you can ask a partial refund and keep the item instead of returning it since the shipping cost in returning the item mostly the same value of the item or more. And the size was stated on the item.So i did Just as i was told by customer service, Goodmorning,
I wrote the seller and She/ he reply that i can send the order back. and the seller agreed of sending back the item with the address that they send to me and i did so but i don't know how to sent the tracking Number and the recive. Thank you very much. After received the item the seller refused to refund my my Money do i wrote customer service.
customer support, It a month + now that i send this order number 3183937202 back to the seller, untill now i didn't get my refund and the shipping Money back. This Is the shopping recive, please kindly do something about It.Thank you very much.

We understand that are worried about your refund and we have seen no dispute was filed on the order and the order was already closed and we tracked the return shipment using this tracker number RC056906507IT and was showing delivered. Please let the seller leave you message stating that he agrees to refund $13.09 for the order 3183937202 and €12 .00 for the shipping cost. Should be mentioned separately and should be in your Dhgate messages.
Once the seller leave the message, then inform us and we will forward it to payment team to process it.There are so many message between me customer service and the seller,
on still now i ha e not received my refund that Is €25,09, the Money Is small but i don't like people that steal from others. Am still waiting for dhgate to resolved this problem.
